EGARCIGU (Eduard Garcia) is a freelance illustrator and digital artist born in Barcelona and based in London since 2006. A self-taught artist, he mixes his hand-drawn and inked pieces with digital brush strokes. Well defined lines and the frequent explosion of colours are a constant in his work, often exploring his interests in the beauty and the figurative, people and everyday things. He has been featured in the books ‘SPANISH ILLUSTRATORS' from Lunwerg Editorial and ‘ILLUSTRATED WORLD. BARCELONA'S ILLUSTRATION SCENE’ from Gustavo Gili Editorial. Illustration clients include La Vanguardia, VT, Marx21, Ogilvy, Island Records, Secret Cinema, Rocket Magazine, Lovegunn or Moyses Stevens.
